One of the most important steps in the ordering process is the transfer of art files from our client to us, and then on to the production facility.

Be sure to verify the art specifications for each order. We may have your logo on file from before, but it may not be suited for what you want to do now. Here are three easy steps to assure your art transfers quickly and painlessly:

Step 1 - Verify the Specifications

Ask us about the system specifications - Mac or PC, compressed or not, etc.

Step 2 - Choose File Format

At the very least, your art should be a vector file, (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop EPS, or a TIFF), with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Bitmaps, PowerPoint files, clip art or web graphics are not usable. Please check with us for the appropriate file format.

Step 3 - Send File

If the file is larger than 2 MB, please use a recordable CD. If less than 2MB, you can e-mail it to us. Please include your company name, reference order number and contact information in the e-mail.
